If a Wyoming LLC carries out businesses in any other state of the United States, the fiscal treatment of such state will be applied to it.
There are no taxes for LLCs income. All profits and losses pass through the LLC and are transferred to its members.
If the main beneficiary of the LLC is neither a citizen nor a resident of the United States, there will be no fiscal responsibility over the commercial activities of the LLC outside of the United States; for that reason, the submission of state or federal tax returns is not required.
The annual fee is a tax for licenses for the LLC of Wyoming, which expires and is to be paid for all LLCs set up in Wyoming during, or before, the first day of the month of the registration’s anniversary.
