Corporate Bank Accounts

BANKING REQUIREMENTS TO OPEN ACCOUNTS

PERSONAL OR CORPORATE ACCOUNT

To open a bank account you will need the following documents:

  • Full photocopy of your Passport and Driver’s License, duly notarized
  • Bank, Commercial and Personal Reference letters.
  • Proof of residence with a monthly statement from a Public Utility Service:  water, electricity, telephone, etc.
  • The bank application forms duly completed and signed.
  • Initial Deposit

 

Additional for Corporate Bank Accounts:

  • A certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
  • A certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  • A board resolution which appoints the authorized signatories
  • A business plan

Depending on the type of account you want to open, additional documentation may be required.
